Hearing2U is backed by the team of professionals that operate NewSound Hearing, who has been operating a chain of hearing care centres across Malaysia for the past 19 years.
Throughout our journey, we have been passionate about helping people hear better. We have seen hearing instrument technology advance while the instruments themselves have become more discreet. However, we noticed with all of these advancements the process of programming and fitting the hearing instruments was not evolving. People were still coming into a quiet office for their fitting, then being sent into complicated listening environments that were part of their everyday lives. We wanted more for our clients – Hearing2U was created in part to disrupt this status quo.
